Why we like it: The ground rice and coconut layers are steamed for a minute or two in cylindrical bamboo and served with sprinkled sugar and coconut shavings. We enjoy their version of the puttu (with a gula Melaka centre) and even more so with a steaming cup of coffee on the side.
