What it is: Three American-style pancakes embedded with banana, served alongside fruit salad and butterscotch sauce.
Why we like it: These banana pancakes have a crispy coat and a warm, fluffy, almost gooey texture once you break that. Studded with smooth pieces of banana, the pancakes themselves aren’t overly sweet which means it’s perfectly all right for you to pile on the butterscotch sauce.
Where to get it: Antipodean, 20 Jalan Telawi 2, Bangsar (03 2282 0411/antipodeancoffee.com). Open daily, 8am – 10pm.
