WTA Malaysia Tennis Classic 2010

2010 is going to be a great year for Malaysians with many international events being hosted here in Kuala Lumpur. For the first time, Malaysia will be hosting the biggest women's sporting event in the country, The WTA Malaysia Tennis Classics 2010, as part of the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour schedule for 2010.
This is a golden opportunity for Malaysians to watch some of the Tour's most globally recognizable tennis stars and the uprising champions competing in both singles (32 teams) and doubles (16 teams) competitions.
Spectators can occupy themselves at the Event Village in between matches with exhibitions, tennis clinic, autograph sessions with WTA Tour platers and more.
In addition, the Player Development Programme linked to the Malaysian Open is an integral part of the event to encourage a healthier lifestyle whilst developing the tennis game within Malaysia.
