The Jekyll & Hyde Project
The Jekyll & Hyde Project looks like a trip down the rabbit hole. Only two months in business, this local lifestyle store – decked out like an underground burrow with organic shaped shelves and artificial grass – sells an inspiring mix of stationery, home accessories, t-shirts, bags, interior decoration, selected CDs and paper products.
The store currently carries four labels: +d (Japan), Fred & Friends (US), Brownswood Recordings (UK) and the Jekyll & Hyde brand itself. From quirky animal book indexes to IAMTEE t-shirts (RM89.90) that indicate your mood, the shop stocks practical products with a sense of humour. We appreciate their take on Japanese designs too – the versatile Furoshiki bag (from RM79.90) doubles as a grocery shopping bag and gift wrap. Source all the useful bits for your home here, especially if you like surprises.
