Lot 10 is situated on Jalan Bukit Bintang which is in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The outlets are a mixture of high end and middle level products such as Nike, Esprit, G2000, etc. There is also a food court at the basement and a department store - Isetan- that stocks a range of goods from groceries to electronic appliances and clothes to tools, many of them being Japanese brands. There are many other retail shops selling things from gifts to books on the centres six floors.
