The parking ticket payment machine is very far from the parking lot. Unlike any other malls, they have the autopay machine on every floor and nearby. Because of the limited autopay machine, the queue is quite long, approximately 10-15 meters long and require about 5-10 minute to get your turn.

comment about your guards operations
on behalf to the statement above,i as the regular customer that always come to this well-known ALAMANDA shopping complex, feel disappointed to your guards operation!!!they didn't give their attention to the customer.this happened when i parked my car for a while,to take my sister from there, one guard came to my car and ordered me to move but,at the same time, when a Mercedes car parked besides me,they didn't gave attention to ordered the driver to move out.this happened at the north entrance,in front of the carefour and always i see and not for me too.it was also happened to the others. for the second case,i heard that, your guard had caught guys, smoking at the basement place, without notice them that the place is forbid from smoking.and they had scold them badly and with unexpected ways to do.what happened to the moralities and attitude that they have and it was really bad and same like an animal acting. for the third cases,i parked my motorcycles yesterday before at the north parking and my fuel inside it was full enough when i park in.later then, when i was ready to go home,i got shocked that the fuel had been sucked out and left little enough.and i can`t reach my home because i was stuck in the middle on my way back to home.did the security(KLCC parking management) do their jobs just when customer stuck to punch out their ticket at the parking post? the fourth cases,i walked into one of the toilets in your shopping complex and i found that, one of your cleaner smoking in the toilet!!this was ashamed for you, when your cleaner that had given a duty to clean up the toilet to look clean and tidy failed to fulfil their job. i'm hoping that, when you read up this comment, you'll manages to change your operations from bad to look good enough.your place has give so much pleasure to us as the customer.please don't make us feel disappointed with your operations.if people can change from bad to good,i'm sure that, your employees can do the same.don't make me call the media to show the bad things that happened in your shopping complex one day....thank you! -(posted by user on 2009-03-08 05:03:12. 1x edited by TOKL Admin, section edit)
