Spoil your loved one this Valentine’s Day at Cava. Enjoy their warm and romantic candle lit atmosphere with rose petal covered tables. This special four-course menu is skillfully prepared by Cava’s head chef Sting for RM150nett per person, complete with their seductive cocktail, “the spanish fly” to start.

The Menu

A glass of ‘The Spanish Fly’ to start

The First Sight
-Pan Seared Foie Gras and Shell Scallop with grape and kiwi salad, topped with berry compote

The FLIRT
- Fresh NZ Oysters served with shallot red wine vinaigrette
- Lemon Sorbet

The TEASE
- Grilled Australian 200 days grain fed ‘black angus’ rib-eye served with melting gorgonzola pistachio, grilled asparagus, roasted potato with pink peppercorn sauce

OR

The FIRST KISS

- Fresh NZ Lobster in tomato sauce with shallots, garlic, tarragon and mushroom, then flamed with cognac. Topped with Manchengo cheese , and served with rice pilaf

The Happy Ending
- layered sponge cake of coffee, ricota cheese, nuts, chocolate sauce infused with cognac
