The Library IOI Boulevard
While it may seem that the place favours the females, the selection of booze appeals to both sexes, boasting the largest selection of vodka and the widest collection of beer in the country (which we are still skeptical about).They also happen to be the first with self serving beer taps which makes it a good place for parties. Barrels are RM808 before 10pm and RM888 after.
