An aviation theme was the plan when a group of pilots and entrepreneurs got together to start Monowings Bistro. Waitresses in stewardess uniforms serve you at a bar resembling a plane with wing table tops. Aviation industry personnel get up to 20 per cent off non promotional bottles and cocktails which is a 'fly' deal.
