The mixologists at Urban Restaurant have shaken up their cocktail menu with four new signature drinks. Istana Evergreen is a mix of fresh mint leaves and the Monin Kiwi is topped up with Sprite, making for a suitable summer drink. For an extravagant twist, the Bleu Royal is a mix of Blye Curacao, banana and jazzed up with a dash of Absolut Vanilla. Meanwhile The Urban Blitz, a mix of basil leaves, ginger, Angostura Bitters with added vodka and Sprite on the rocks is great together with the UrbanIze-T which is made of ginger infused in blended Monin Coconut and chilled tea.
