From martinis to mules and Manhattans to mojitos, take a hands-on journey into the art of making cocktails with the seasoned bartenders at Tate. The masterclass will start with a cocktail for each guest upon arrival and a brief introduction to spirits, before the sticky business of Cocktail Making 101 begins where participants will learn the tools of the trade, the subtle differences between shaking, stirring and straining, and creating competition-worthy cocktails.
