The annual Rockaway Festival returns this Oct 20, this time coinciding with the Moto GP race weekend. Upping the volume from last year's festival which featured The Used, All Time Low and Story of the Year, the festival this year will cater to a more metal-loving crowd with Soulfly, MxPx All Stars and metalcore sensation Unearth along with US pop-punk band, Set Your Goals. Supporting the headliners will be regional acts Pee Wee Gaskins and Plainsunset as well as the usual string of local acts – Hujan, Bunkface, Love Me Butch and Massacre Conspiracy to name a few.

With Sepang International Circuit being the festival's new venue this year, fans can look forward to a lot more activities within festival grounds, including the addition of a second stage which will feature acts from The WKND Sessions for those who prefer more mellow tunes by local indie musicians OJ Law, Citizens of Ice Cream, Johnny Comes Lately, Darren Ashley and more.
