Since Malaysia will be celebrating Independence Day very soon, it's fitting that a locally produced independent event has geared all its events scheduled for the month of August be known as 'Layar Tanchap Merdeka'. Merdeka is the malay word for independence, if you were wondering.
Back for the fifth time, this free-for-all, do-whatever-you-want, well almost will be having another night of performances by musicians, artists and poets.
