Dublin based jazz, reggae and funk band Cosmic Kitchen is set to perform at the 2nd Sunburst Music Festival this weekend. But if you'd like to have a little preview, here's what you have to do.

Show up at No Black Tie, 9pm this Thursday (March 19). Pay RM20 to get in and you'll get to see not only the seven piece band in action but also local acts, Bo-Bedroom Sanctuary and 40 Winks take the stage as well.

While Cosmic Kitchen is a band from Ireland, two of the members have Malaysian roots. The brother, sister team, Salim Dastan and Aminah Dastan is no stranger to the local music scene. Having spent time in KL in the last few years, brother Dastan co-founded Tugu Drum Circle, kicked off a reggae band Layan Sound System and organised a DJ night Float while sister Dastan released her debut album, 'Caravan Trail' in 2005.
