Sri Ganapathi Mess
This little-known eatery, Sri Ganapathi Mess, is located in PJ Old Town, offering one of the best banana leaf rice dishes in town. The array of steaming hot curries, when mixed with the fluffy white rice, is a mouth-watering prospect, especially when accompanied by tender mutton curry and fried fish. The crab curry is tantalising without being overly spicy while the crab rasam, when available, has bags of luscious flavours. In case you can’t find the restaurant, it is located opposite Sekolah Kebangsaan P.J. at Jalan 1/10.
