Mr.
Haven't been to the one in Bansgar, but the one in Empire Subang sucks really bad! Bad service (The manager in charge seems to be quite lansi, don't want to even greet us). Apart from that, the food wasn't anything to shout about. Had spaghetti meatballs and mushroom soup. The soup taste like water! absolutely tasteless. Horrid experience indeed.

Service
I visited Suchan @ Empire Subang with my daughter and what a "GOOD" service was accorded to us.We stood in front of the cafe and none of the waitresses have the courtesy to greet or ask us to come in. Serving the dishes to us was also not properly done. All they do is to squat and chit-chat among themselves and I have to tried to get their attention to bring me my bill. While we were having our meal I saw people coming in looking at he cakes but was not served by anybody as all were busy talking and the customer just walk away. If not for the good food I would not have wasted my time and money there.
