Restoran Shangri-La
Nestled in the corner of Jalan Batai is the unmistakable sight of Shangri-La, a coffee shop that has been home to a variety of food stalls serving noodle and rice dishes since the ’70s. Though unaffiliated with the namesake luxury hotel, Shangri-La is a neighbourhood staple in its own right, where regulars and the bustling lunch crowd come to get their favourite food fix and a piece of nostalgia along the way.
