Paradise Inn
The food at Paradise Inn will remind you of your grandmother's cooking, the kind of food she laboriously prepares and serves on a typical weekday. Innovation is lacking at this outlet but in this instance, isn't a bad thing because the classics (like the traditional double-boiled soup) are sufficiently mastered. Their steamed minced pork with water chestnut and salted egg and marinated jelly fish with vinaigrette are especially outstanding.
