Marmalade’s interiors are thus suitably cosy little nooks and the food coming out of the kitchen is just as comforting. They have lots of wholesome, generous salads on the menu as well as a good selection of fresh juices to wash it all down. Little adjustments in ingredients make all the difference here (wholemeal pancakes with caramelised apples anyone?) and classics like the club sandwich are reinvented with a health-conscious twist.
