Fusion bak kut teh might not entice lovers of the Chinese herbal soup, but this restaurant aims to change that. Start off with their braised pork with buns followed by the J-soup, bak kut teh soup served in individual bowls enclosed with puff pastry. The pork ribs are deliciously sticky and sweet but give their curry ribs pasta and bak kut teh burger a miss. Wash it all down with their gula Melaka rainbow, a soupy dessert of palm sugar, water chestnut and tiny sago pearls.
