Ikan Bakar Pak Din
Lunch in the Lake Gardens on freshly barbecued turmeric-marinated fish and Malay dishes. Arrive before noon for the best selection of fish, and ask if Pak Din’s wife’s chicken rendang is on the daily menu. The fluffy, curry leaf-dotted corn fritters, served only between 2pm and 4pm, are also worth a stop.
