Western. Nestled in a tiny corner of Section 17 Happy Mansion apartments is one of PJ’s best kept secrets. Unpretentious and cosy Food Foundry, serves a good mix of pasta, western dishes, tapas and local fare with the Mille Crepe Cakes being the obvious tea time/dessert fave among regulars.
