Aphrodisiac ingredients take centre stage this Valentine's with Coffin Bay oysters to start off with followed by a homemade black ink tiroller gnocchi. As mains, choose between the pan-seared turbot on roasted lettuce and mushroom or grilled black Angus beef tenderloin with fried zucchini flowers and black truffle. End with the chocolate tart with fresh strawberry and lemon kibbles.
