The Vietnamese restaurant's CNY special offers a version of the yee sang with 12 salads, salmon and tiger prawns. The specialty this year is their Vietnamese Bánh chung, glutinous rice wrapped with dong leaves into a cylindrical shape. The rice is stuffed with chicken, mung beans and black pepper before it is steamed.
