Chef Hafizzul Hashim has created the special Rendezvous Valentine’s Day Dinner at Chalet, which includes fresh Belon oysters, natural ossetra caviar and chive as well as warm asparagus and truffle parfait Morel Madiera jus for the appetiser. Norwegian scallops, poached Atlantic halibut fillet, Tasmanian mussels and curried sea urchin veloute are just part of the entrée you’ll be digging into. Resident strollers Los Muchachos will serenade you while you dine.
