The Italian restaurant will be serving up a lavish six-course dinner featuring an abundance of caviar. To start off with, have the caviar tasting platter followed by Osetra caviar on baked red onion with shredded Mozarella. Continue with the golden trout caviar with foie gras mousse and Russian pike caviar on buckwheat meal. The trend continues with the wild salmon caviar on seared red tuna loin as you end with the lemon sorbet with mint leaves. Appropriately-paired bubbly will be served with each course.
