The six-day ‘Hennessy XO Appreciation Grows’ annual event returns with Hong Kong’s one and only Michelin-starred chef Alvin Leung (pic), who will be serving a decadent contemporary Chinese menu in a specially built ‘gastronomic pleasure dome’ at Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club.
Come and taste the world renowned chef's amazing dishes, famed for his innovative approach in combining centuries-old Chinese recipes with modern ingredients and cooking methods.
Of course, the night is not all just about food as chef’s creations will be paired with Hennessy XO fine cognacs. And there will be a cognac expert present to lead you through the tasting.
