The a la carte menu boasts familiar Italian dishes, with focus on the freshness of the ingredients. Specialities include the Tasmanian ocean trout with orange and kalamata olive and sundried tomato-crusted lamb rack. There is an in-house bar for cocktails as well as an extensive wine list.
