Le Bouchon
Top class rustic French fare in a quaint location right in the heart of the city, this restarurant is a die-hard of the dining scene in Malaysia, although recently under new owners who have invested wisely and are producing excellent fare to keep up with the whipper-snappers in the city’s ever-burgeoning culinary scene. Le Bouchon is the best place in town to break baguette and share a few glasses of wine over an extended dinner. The pork dishes have long been a highlight. The goose liver and escargot are always popular but don’t be afraid to explore the menu a bit and try the outstanding veal, lamb, beef or seafood. The desserts are shamefully fine too.
