Each dish is thoughtfully presented and immaculately prepared. If you don’t know what to order, try Smoking Allowed (Tasmanian ocean trout smoked in front of your eyes) and the refreshingly satisfying beetroot and scallop salad. Practically works of art, the desserts here are worth overstuffing yourself with at the end of the meal.
