Senses
A gem neatly tucked away on the mezzanine floor of Hilton Kuala Lumpur, Senses is intimate and personalised. Serving modern Australian dishes, Senses uses only sustainable seafood and organic products so you can dine with peace of mind. The seafood is simply magnificent and includes probably, no, definitely, the best scallops in Malaysia.
Each dish is thoughtfully presented and immaculately prepared. If you don’t know what to order, try Smoking Allowed (Tasmanian ocean trout smoked in front of your eyes) and the refreshingly satisfying beetroot and scallop salad. Practically works of art, the desserts here are worth overstuffing yourself with at the end of the meal.
