Winemaker Bruno Brutragueno will guide diners through five of his finest wines from the Torres Collection. The night will not only feature premium handpicked wines but will also be paired with an exquisite dinner. Start with the poached lobster and scallops with avruga caviar and lemon flavoured tagliolini in chardonnay sauce. The mains include rye pasta with smoked duck breast, hazelnut and seared foie gras as well as a duo of wagyu served two ways. End with the mixed fresh berries soaked in gratinated porto wine sabayon with pistachio gelato.
