The Australian winery, Torbreck from the Barossa Valley plays centrepiece for an evening of food and wine appreciation at Estate. The wine dinner features an exquisite six-course menu, specially crafted to complement a selection of fine Torbreck wines. Highlights include seared rare tuna, sauteed duck foie gras, oolong tea-smoked lamb loin and grain fed, roasted tenderloin.
