Choose from a range of 110 state specialties at Serena Brasserie – try the udang masak dengan nenas from Negeri Sembilan, or Johor’s nasi briyani gam. The spread also features a char kway teow station made upon order, pastas, soups and more. There will also be nine live action hawker stalls serving up street favourites such as satay, pisang goreng and roast meats. Wash the meal down with a cold glass of sirap bandung, date juice and roselle drink. Those with a sweet tooth can find comfort in the restaurant's dedicated dessert spread featuring local kuih, cakes, pies and ice cream.
