Celebrate the nation's 55th Independence Day with a grand feast of local and international flavours. In place of dishes found at the usual buffet line is a series of show kitchens featuring cuisines from all over the world prepared by chefs in action. Local highlights include roti canai, satay, nasi lemak, rendang and the ubiquitous lok-lok stall.
