Hotel Maya’s guest chef Chef Abdul is back for the third year in a row, and will be bringing his signature nasi kandar to the buffet table. Sidelines include lamb shank kari kandar, kari kepala ikan jenahak, nasi beriani kupang and ayam masak hitam. He’s also adept in the world of claypot cooking and will display his expertise with dishes such as ketam masak lemak kuning, udang galah masak kari and kambing bertulang masak kari.
