For this Ramadhan period, the Manhattan Fish Market is spicing up their menu with the new Bumbu Sauce. Based on a traditional Indonesian recipe, this sizzling sauce is a blend of spices that include chilies, ginger, tomatoes and belacan. The tangy taste of the sauce does add more punch to the seafood dishes that the restaurant serves.

With that, Manhattan Fish Market is offering two value meals to showcase this new Bumbu Sauce. The Bumbu Fiesta for One comes with one soup of the day, the all new poached Bumbu Dory fish served over a bed of Bumbu rice with delicious garlic broccoli, plus a mango pudding and a glass of ice lemon tea – all for RM24.90.

If you have a dining partner, or are just plain hungry, you can try the Bumbu Fiesta for Two – this comes with two soups of the day, the new poached Bumbu Dory fish, scampi prawns, garlic herb mussels and crispy calamari, all served hot over a bed of Bumbu rice with fresh garlic broccoli. This generously portioned meal for two, priced at RM70.90, also comes with the same dessert and drinks as the set for one. Don't like Dory? Top up RM5 to have it replaced with Neil Perch fish. You can swap your ice lemon tea for the sweetly refreshing Tropical Breeze as well for another RM2.90.

And if all that is not enough, there's the add on menu as well. Pick the citrus garden salad for RM5.90, the tasty fried country mushroom at RM7.90, or go big with the Quad Delights – fried calamari, shrimp and mushrooms at RM10.90.

Don't like waiting? Then call into the restaurants in advance and pick up the meal later – convenient for those who are too lazy to catch their own fish.
