In collaboration with Eu Yan Sang, Berjaya Times Square Hotel introduces a new six-course banquet herbal menu featuring traditional Chinese herbs with medicinal properties. For the health conscious, tuck into a serving of double boiled bird's nest with Cordycep's in superior stock, followed by a plate of marinated roasted crispy chicken with dang gui gravy and stewed sea cucumber and flower mushroom with homemade Dendrobium gravy. Other dishes on offer include Chinese cold cut combination, lotus leaf-wrapped brown rice and warm red bean cream with pearl sago and chen pi.
