Makan Kitchen will set up three live stations daily featuring six types of local cuisine. While you choose your dish, the chef behind each station will be happy to explain the history behind each dish. Some of the highlights at the buffet are sup pindang daging, roast marinated duck, tandoori chicken and Sarawak laksa. Kids below 12 eat for free at the weekend buffet dinner or high tea with every full paying adult.
