Start with a ceviche of hamachi, octopus and Alaskan crab followed by pan seared duck foie gras and consommé of free range chicken. Then, cleanse your palate with passion fruit minted sorbet. As main course, you'll be served lamb chop, loin and braised lamb shank with morels and roasted fingerling potatoes.
