Directed by Akira Kurosawa, this black and white film was produced in 1949. This action film tells the tale of a rookie detective, Murakami having his pistol stolen. The gun was later identified as the weapon involved in the shooting of a woman.
The rookie turns to his senior, Sato for help and goes on the hunt to catch the shooter before he strikes again.
