iTunes store launches in Malaysia

We have been graced with wonderful news this mid-year mark. iTunes has launched its store in Malaysia. To non-Apple users, life goes by just the same. To Apple users, this means most of your days and nights will be spent at home downloading unlimited music and HD movies. Song prices start from US$0.99 (about RM3.20), albums from US$9.99 (about RM32) and movies from US$14.99 (about RM48). Films can also be rented at a mere USD$3.99 (about RM13). These prices are considerably wallet-friendly and will surely steer Apple users to (continually) consume music and film the legit way.

The iTunes library holds over 20 million songs from both commercial and independent labels as well as films from production giants like Warner Bros. Pictures, 20th Century Fox and The Walt Disney Studios. In tune with its Malaysia release, the iTunes store was also launched in other Asian nations including Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong. Begone Friday nights, socialising was so last month.
