Words+Pictures=Book is a landmark show, being the first of its kind in Malaysia. It exhibits 30 original illustrations by 10 distinguished Malaysian illustrators, namely Yusof Ismail a.k.a Yusof Gajah, Azalan Hussein, Shukri Edrus, Jainal Amambing, Awang Fadillah Ali Hussein, Faizal Abdul Jalil, Khairul Azmir Shoib, Nor Amilia Yusof, Nur Azmi Mokhtar and Chong Chin Yew.

Exhibition date : 13th July - 26th Sept 2010

Programme 1 : Puppet & Variety Show by Kopi-Kopi Story Telling Group
Divided into three sessions, the first session is a story telling session by Aisha, David and Sasha teaching kids about scripts development and voice projection. The second session is a Puppet Show that integrates visual arts with performing arts and language skills. The third session is a fun-filled activity where you can make your own puppet from used household items.

Programme 2 : Art Talks - Children's Picture Books
Talk on 'Editing Children's Picture Books' by editor, Alimah Salam. The second session (2pm-3.30pm) features Yusof Gajah talks about his passion to design and illustrate short stories for kids.
