Artspace the art gallery, was recently launched in Bangsar, cementing the area as one which is synonymous with art in KL. Opened on Sep 18, with the launch of its first exhibition; Vivaldi - Four Seasons, which received many accolades while on exhibit in France, Germany and the USA.

The exhibition is a collaboration between the celebrated artist A. V. Ilango together with artist and movie art director Thota Tharrani. Artspace is owned by Shiva, who is Ilango’s brother in law and runs the gallery. Aiming to showcase the best in Asian art, in order to develop the local art industry, Artspace seems set to make its mark on the local and regional art scene.
