All the way from the Philippines, comes an exhibition with paintings by well renowned Ateneo Art Awards and Thirteen Artist Awardee, Geraldine Javier, and photographs by At Maculangan, one of the top photographers in the Philippines.
Looking into the cultural forces shaping and influencing the social experiences of Filipino society in the world today, the two artists use their art medium of choice to bring their interpretations of the world across to the viewer.
The exhibition is a dialogue between the medium of photography and the more traditional medium of painting. Telling the story of the influences the two art mediums have had on contemporary art, this exhibition brings traditional and modern art forms together into an innovative display.
