Help Haiti - Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund
On January 12, 2010, a magnitude 7.0 earthquake hit Haiti's capital, Port-Au-Prince and caused massive devastation to the city and other nearby settlements in the region.
Death toll from Haiti's devastating earthquake has risen above 150,000 in the Port-au-Prince area alone.
The people of Haiti need help. There are various relief funds you can contribute to out there. Your contribution and participation allows for basic necessities to be provided for the survivors.
Please open your heart. Show that we Malaysian are a caring society that will never abandon others in their time of need.
We at Time Out KL support whole heartedly the efforts of MERCY Malaysia and the Malaysian Red Crescent Society.

Concerned individuals and organisations can donate to the MERCY Malaysia Haiti Relief Fund through the following accounts:
MAYBANK (account name: MERCY HUMANITARIAN FUND, account number : 5621-7950-4126, ABA Swift Code: MBBEMYKLA), or
CIMB Bank (account name: MERCY Malaysia, account number: 1424-000-6561053, ABA Swift Code: CIBBMYKL).
MRCS:
Donations can be made in cheques or cash and sent to the National Honorary Secretary, Malaysian Red Crescent Society, National Headquarters, 32, Jalan Nipah, off Jalan Ampang, 55000 Kuala Lumpur.
Cheques should be made out to the 'MRCS International Relief Fund'. On the back of cheque, write 'HAITI EARTHQUAKE' or bank in to MRCS' Maybank Account No. 514422102657.
Donations to the MRCS are entitled for tax-exemption.
